  21.         If you have the pre-release of LW4.0 for the PC then you know that
  22. if you do not have a PAR or SFC then you are pretty much out of luck
  23. if you want to see all those great TGA files you have created with LW
  24. as an animation. NOT! I found a program that will compile those TGA files
  25. into FLIs that can be played back on your PC. (with the AutoDesk(R) Animation
  26. Player or some other FLI player).
  27. It's called DTA (Dave's Targa Animator) it does a whole bunch of stuff!

  29. I've been using it for a while and found it works great!

  31. I've uploaded it to the Tomahawk site, it should show up in the LW/utils
  32. section in a couple of days.

  48. o .PCX files.
  49. o .DIB or .BMP files

  52. o VistaPro .VAN animation files
  53. o Presidio .ANI animation files

  55. DTA can also perform a wide range of post-processing functions
  56. on image files including:

  58. o Creating a single optimal 256-color palette from a series of

  60. and then creating an Autodesk Animator .FLI
